Refund and Return Policy of Online Medi Bazar

1. Refunds

We offer a full refund for any product returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, please allow up to 45 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

2. Returns

You must include the return authorization number with your returned product, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept returns without a return authorization number or proof of purchase.

3. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for refund or return:

• Products that have been opened or used, or that have been damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products that have passed the expiration date.

4. Shipping
